Shipping policy
PRINTS
All prints and small merchandise orders are packed carefully and sent in a rigid envelope, a mailing tube or by package, depending on the type of product. The small prints and merchandise (of size less than or equal to 11" x 14" inches) are sent WITHOUT tracking number. Larger prints (of size greater than 11" x 14" inches) are sent with a tracking number. If you need very fast shipping, please contact us, and we will upgrade your shipping method with an additional cost.
PAINTINGS
The paintings are carefully packaged in boxes with materials that respect the integrity of the artwork. The shipping method and cost will be determined by the size of the painting, and the country of destination.
SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR LARGE PAINTINGS ON CANVAS
The shipping cost for a large artwork can be very expensive. If you buy a large canvas, you will see the option UNMOUNTED ROLLED CANVAS in shipping options, for a more affordable and secure international delivery. If you choose this option, the painting will be removed from its frame and rolled up before being packaged. You will need to have the artwork stretched and mounted on a new frame when you receive it. We recommend that you inquire about the cost of this process with a professional, before choosing this option. We are not responsible for any damage that may result by improper stretching and mounting.
CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to custom. We do not estimate custom and import fees. Please, contact your local custom office to get this information.
OTHER COUNTRIES
If you want to make a purchase and your country is not listed, send us an email and we will send you a shipping cost estimation.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as commissioned artworks or personalized items).
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAYS COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
